A: Download and install FS-X SP1 (servicepack 1) from here.

Q: Is the Glasair III compatible with FS-X?
A: Yes!. If you purchased the Glasair III prior to October 27, then you will need to download the FS-X version.
We will install an automated system for existing customers to download the FS-X version over the next few days, but if you can't wait, please feel free to contact us for the new downloadlink.
If you purchased the Glasair on or after October 27, then there are two links in your Order confirmation email, one for FS2004 and one for FS-X, fele free to download either or both versions, the license entitles you to both versions!

Q: Do I need to purchase the Glasair again to get the FS-X version?
A: No!. The FS-X version is available free to all existing customers...
All customers are entitled to both versions of the Glasair III.
